How can I stay up to date with Vibras Activewear?

Make sure to follow us on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and subscribe to email and text message updates to be the first one to find about re stocks, new collections and special promotions.

 

What is your return policy?

Need to return? We are sorry to hear that something did not go as planned, but no worries! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from Vibras Activewear. If you would like to return an item(s) please contact us within 7 days (including weekends) of delivery.  

Email support@vibrasactivewear.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your request. Please see full Return Policy.

Where is my refund?

*** All sale items are final sale. ***

 Note that refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation of the refund once it has been completed.

Received a defective item?

Our items go through extensive quality checks, but in the unfortunate occasion that you receive a defective item, please contact us. After review, customer is eligible to receive a replacement for the same item if it's in stock. If the item is sold out, store credit will be applied. Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days from date of delivery. Any claims beyond this time frame will not considered/ replaced.

Are sale items final sale?

All sale items are final sale. No returns. No exchanges.

Are returns free?

Costumer is fully responsible and must pay for shipping to return an item. We do not offer free return shipping.

What currency are payments transacted in?

All orders are placed in USD. If your payment method's original tender type is not USD, your bank or payment facilitator will convert to your local currency at their current daily exchange rate. This also means that if you return a product or receive a refund, it will be issued in the same USD amount that you paid, based on the current daily exchange rate at the time of refund. It is possible those amounts may differ slightly.

Cancellations and modifications

If you realized you made a mistake after completing your order, please

contact us as soon as possible at support@vibrasactivewear.com to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order at this time.

I have not received/ my package was lost in the mail.

Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are stolen or lost in transit. Vibras Activewear cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during the time of transit.

Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services.

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days of leeway for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.

Are customs and duty fees included in price?

Customs and duty fees are not included in prices. Vibras Activewear does not impose customs and duty fees.Your country of residence
imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the costumer’s responsibility. Please check
with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Vibras Activewear is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot adjust pricing after the order has been placed.

How long before my order ships?

Most orders are fulfilled between 24- 72 hours (excluding orders placed on weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination region and country. You can check out our shipping page for an updated timetable of delivery times by country.

What size am I?

We understand that sometimes it may be tricky to find the correct sizing when shopping online!
